To prepare for the instrumental New Delhi Conference, Atlas organized a planning meeting in Washington DC with key leaders including Canadian Senator Rosa Galvez, Claus Alstrup from the Asian Development Bank, and Tom Smith from the American Society of Civil Engineers.
